30/30 cm baking pan
400 gr. bittersweet chocolate broken into cubes
300 gr. butter cut into cubes
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup flour
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
¾ cup peanut butter
2 packets Reese's mini peanut butter cups
- Heat the oven to 170 degrees and line tray with baking paper.
- Melt the chocolate, butter and sugar and mix into a uniform cream. Cool down slightly and add the eggs one after the other while stirring until the consistency is uniform and thick. Sift the flour and cocoa and mix with the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan. Transfer the peanut butter into a pastry bag and drizzle the contents crosswise and lengthwise. Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Take the brownies out of the oven and decorate the cake with Reese's mini peanut butter cups. Put back in heated oven for 10 minutes, take out, cool down and cut into squares.
