Ingredients:
6 CHOCO LEIBNIZ Milk biscuits
500ml luxury vanilla ice cream, softened
50g finely grated milk chocolate
Directions:
Place three CHOCO LEIBNIZ Milk biscuits on a baking sheet, biscuit side up.
Working quickly, top each biscuit with a scoop of ice cream. Top the ice cream with another CHOCO LEIBNIZ, this time biscuit side down.
Gently push the top biscuits down until the ice cream comes to the edge of the sandwiches.
Freeze for one hour, or until the ice cream is firm again.
Lightly dip each of the four sides of all three sandwiches in the grated chocolate, then cover and freeze until ready to serve.
